Proyectos:

• Desarrollo y validación de metodologías para la obtención de un concentrado de proteínas vegetales a partir de subproductos agroindustriales de la Región del Maule: Estrategias para la producción de nuevos productos para consumo humano.

• Desarrollo de una tecnología de microextracción de octaclorodibenzo-p-dioxina desde muestras de leche bovina comercial utilizando líquidos iónicos como solventes y dióxido de carbono supercrítico como facilitador de la extracción.
